The Bridge River Trails Society is a registered British Columbia non-profit formed in 2007. Our goals are to promote, protect and develop the network of front country single-track trails in the Upper Bridge River Valley. Though the Bridge River is known internationally for the epic alpine trails of the Spruce Lake Protected Area, the BRTS concentrates on the local trail networks that can be enjoyed without committing to an all-day (or multi-day) alpine adventure.

These trails are perfect for an after work hike with the dogs, or an easier ride the day after your float plane drop. If the weather isn’t cooperating with your planned alpine trip you can still find excellent trails in the area. And for the more adventurous, several of these trails do reach into the alpine and provide challenging hiking and mountaineering opportunities.
